Ongoing HR & Recruiting Partnership (Retainer)

For organizations with ongoing HR or hiring needs, Legacy 6 offers a flat monthly retainer model that operates as an extension of your leadership team. Under this structure, we provide continuous HR support across areas such as employee relations, compliance, policy management, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. In addition, we support ongoing recruiting needs by managing sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring processes as they arise. Unlike traditional recruiting models that rely on one-time placement fees, this approach provides a consistent and scalable recruiting function aligned with your organization’s growth. It delivers stronger hiring outcomes, improved candidate experience, and a more predictable and often lower total cost than relying on contingency recruiters or building internal infrastructure prematurely. Many of our clients find this model to be the most effective way to support growth while avoiding the limitations of a single internal hire.

Targeted HR & Recruiting Engagements (À La Carte)

For organizations with specific or immediate needs, Legacy 6 offers project-based HR and recruiting services designed to address defined challenges efficiently and effectively. This includes one-time recruiting engagements, policy development, compliance reviews, compensation analysis, and other focused HR initiatives. Recruiting projects are typically structured as a percentage of first-year compensation and are well-suited for organizations looking to fill a specific role. Our recruiting fee of 18% is significantly lower than the industry standard of 30–35%, providing meaningful cost savings without sacrificing quality. This approach provides access to experienced HR and recruiting support without the need for a long-term commitment.
